Lithia Park, Ashland Oregon! If you should find yourself driving Interstate 5 in Southern Oregon…. a great place to stop and grab lunch or visit for a few days is Ashland, Oregon! Some nice campgrounds are nearby, and the Oregon Shakespearean Festival is in Ashland! But if you aren’t going to see the plays…there are lots of other sites and things to see. One of the best free things is a visit to Lithia Park and the old City Center. Here you will find something for all ages, children’s playground, nice hikes and walks for folks of all abilities, beautiful scenery, relaxing atmosphere, you name it! Parking can be tricky especially in the summer months, but our video gives one a clue on where you can park if you are only visiting a few hours.
